Inviting a user to join the organization
| This process is used to invite a person to the organization. You can start the process from the “users” list screen – by adding a user to the system.
When the invitation is performed as above, a message will be sent to the email of the invited party, with the following text:
The invited party needs to click the link they received in the message [or copy the link address and paste it in a browser], which will cause their email address to be registered as verified. The system will automatically take them to the login page [Login] where they will be asked to type their email address and the temporary password. Immediately afterward they will be taken to an additional screen asking them to set a password, and from there again to the identification screen, where they will be asked to type their email address and the new password in order to enter the system… |
