The roles list screen
| This screen displays the list of roles in the system, so that you can: add a role, edit a role, or delete a role. The actions of adding or editing a role lead to the “role editor” screen [see here].
The delete action is dangerous and therefore it is recommended not to perform it without absolute confirmation that it is necessary. The search field allows filtering the roles list by search text |
“Roles” allow determining who in the organization is permitted to perform a variety of actions with the information stored in the system – which categories and form types are displayed to them, whether they may add or delete records of certain form types, which records they can edit, etc… |
