The forms list screen
| The “forms” are the heart of the system – through each of them you can create “records” of the same “type” [having an identical structure and different data], and once you also connect a “template document” [or a “collection” of such documents] to the form – the system allows generating Word and PDF documents from the data of each of the records, and if needed, also sending the PDF documents for electronic signing.
To learn about the form types that can be created in the system – see this article. |
This screen displays the list of forms in the system, so that you can: add a form, edit a form, or delete a form. The actions of adding or editing a form lead to the “form editor” screen [see here].
The delete action is dangerous and therefore it is recommended not to perform it without absolute confirmation that it is necessary, since deleting a form will delete all the records associated with it, and all the documents created (or electronically signed) from these records. The search field allows filtering the forms list by search text. |
