Document-collection selection dialog box for a form
| This dialog box allows selecting a document collection to link to the form. In most cases – such a collection will contain only one template document, but sometimes it can contain several different template documents (this is why it is called a “document collection”)
The connection between the document collection and the form – will first and foremost allow creating documents [Word/PDF] from any record using the system’s document generator, and in case the document in the document collection is defined for signing – also sending the signing requests based on the document. Select the document collection from the list. As soon as it is selected – its template documents will be displayed, with information about upload and modification dates, and information about the user who uploaded them.
