Setting up a form type for integration only, without display

What is “integration”, and which form type is this about?

The DocsRobot system allows integration with other systems of the organization, in a way that allows giving them capabilities that complement them or are missing in them, among them:

• The ability to create Word and PDF documents from information managed in them (for example – producing a “customer warning letter” about a continued failure to charge their credit card.
• The ability to activate an approval round by means of electronic signatures, on a document created from information captured in them with an appropriate document template (for example, sending a document of the type “budget-increase approval form” from a contract-management system in a municipality, to the parties authorized in the authority for such an approval, and receiving their approval by means of a round of signatures on the document)
• The ability to send an organized and branded form for capturing information to a party outside the organization, and to receive the information back from that party for storage in them (for example, sending a “satisfaction survey” to hundreds of customers in a simple interface, and receiving access to the survey results for the purpose of capturing and analyzing them) At this stage, you can create a “form type for integration only” only from the form-types wizard
