| This screen opens in “view” mode, but you can switch it to edit mode by clicking the “Edit” button. In edit mode, as long as you have not made changes, you can leave the screen by clicking the door icon [the “Save changes” and “Cancel changes” buttons will not be active]. If you made changes in edit mode, clicking “Save changes” will save them, and clicking “Cancel changes” will delete them [caution – the changes will be lost permanently this way].

You can change various details of the organization under the “About the organization” box. Note that if your licensing has permission to connect to the system through a programming interface [API], you can create here an API key for your organization, and use it in software that you adapt/develop for connecting to DocsRobot. For example, you can adapt your ERP system to call DocsRobot in order to generate various documents from the supplier-management system, such as a “notice of termination of engagement”, a “request for tax certificates”, etc. For further details on API interfaces – contact the Assembly company.
You can also upload a logo image or update it if you already uploaded one [the pencil icon] or delete the logo image [the trash icon]. Note that uploading/changing/deleting an image is an action performed independently of the “Save changes” and “Cancel changes” buttons appearing above. Note: the “Register as an independent/private account” option has no effect on the system at this stage – it is information only. Through the “Digital signature” box you can change the organizational defaults of the parameters for the electronic signatures – so that any template document you add to a document collection with the “This template is used for digital signatures” option [see the document-collection editing screen here], will use these defaults.
