The form types that can be created in the system – by their use
The system allows creating digital forms for 4 different purposes. Below is the similar and the different in the processes of creating forms for the various uses
A form type for an electronic-signing processThis form type will be used to activate a signing process/round by filling in the required information and defining “recipient/s” for sending. DocsRobot will merge this information with a template document in Word, produce a PDF document with all the data that was entered, and send it for electronic signing by the recipient/s. For an explanation of the process and a demonstration – see the help article at this link. |
A form type for creating Word/PDF documentsThis form type will help you create, again and again, documents with the same purpose (or identical structure), but each time with several changes in the content, when there is no need to electronically sign them after they are created by the system. For an explanation of the process and a demonstration – see the help article at this link |
A form type for managing “information records”You can use a form type also for “information management” only, without creating a document at all. In such a scenario, the form will serve only as an interface for input and/or display of information. For an explanation of the process and a demonstration – see the help article at this link |
A form type for integration only, without displayThe ‘form’ type you build will be used only for integration with other systems – they will call it through a programming interface (API) as part of a process activated within them. No one will display this form for manual capture of information, and therefore the action of creating it will be the simplest and fastest For an explanation of the process and a demonstration – see the help article at this link. |
